To apply for a daycare spot, please download, complete, and return this application form. Many of our families are affiliated with the University of Toronto, but we also accept children and families from the community. Applications will be processed and placed on file after receipt of your completed application form.
Applications will be accepted in sequence and priority is given as follows:
Families affiliated with the University of Toronto and who have siblings attending the daycare
Families affiliated with the University of Toronto
Families from the community who have siblings at the daycare
Families from the community
You will be notified when a position becomes available. Once accepted at the daycare, you will be required to provide a one-month security deposit and post-dated monthly cheques for the child care program.
2023 fees*
Infants: $50.56/day (full-time)
Toddlers: $45.01/day (full-time), $47.02/day (part-time)
Preschoolers: $34.26/day (full-time), $36.20/day (part-time)
Diaper fee: $9/month

* The fee schedule presented relies on a cost offset provided by the new Canada-Wide Early Learning & Child Care (CWELCC) System.
The Government of Ontario is working on updated CWELCC guidelines, taking into consideration funding for future years and aiming to be supportive and responsive to the evolving needs of the child care sector.
There is however still significant uncertainty around CWELCC. Campus Community Coop Daycare may opt out of CWELCC in coming years, should any updated CWELCC guidelines be unable to fully accommodate the daycare’s operating budget and guarantee the daycare’s operation and the quality of its programming. Should the CWELCC guidelines change significantly in the coming year, the fee reductions implemented through CWELCC may no longer be guaranteed.
